Make it Fit – A Life Script (2026)

Make It Fit – A Life Script is a multidisciplinary performance and installation examining how language shapes authority, identity, and social norms. Examining the internalized societal script to “make it fit”, the work interrogates how language performs us, and how we perform through language. In the installation, a screen carries a continuous flow of typed text: a teleprompter for the performer, subtitles for the audience, and a script in the process of writing and documenting itself. The installation reconfigures a live performance as a score without bodies, a sonic trace after the stage. Moving between narration, conversation, speech, singing, laughter, and applause, the work follows how memory becomes script, and how a script begins to shape reality.

The performance Make it Fit – A Life Script will take place as a Brandstof event on Saturday, June 13th at 8 pm.
