Coralie Vogelaar
Coralie Vogelaar (b. 1981, the Netherlands) is an interdisciplinary artist who brings together social science methods, embodied movement, and artistic imagination. Her work examines the body as a site of perception, translating physical gestures, movement patterns, and bodily rhythms into performances and multimedia installations. These works are often developed in collaboration with experts from fields including data analysis, choreography, and sound design.
Her work has been shown at institutions and festivals including HeK Basel, ZKM Karlsruhe, Veem House for Performance, Fotomuseum Winterthur, Kunstverein Kassel, Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam, Science Gallery Dublin, Rewire Festival, and Kunstfort bij Vijfhuizen. In 2021, she was nominated for the Prix de Rome.
